Last weekend it was eagle hide and for today the tawny owl, a beautiful little owl.

Many thanks to my grandmother who drove me to the owl.

This weekend I have been in Västerås and met Erik, on Saturday we took a walk along the Svartån and we saw two dippers doing mating ceremonies. We also saw some goldeneye males fighting over a female goldeneye. Later on the day we listened to owls, we heard a ural owl.

Next day we got up 03:00 and drove to a eagle hide, the eagles didn't came close enough for good pictures so we photographed lots of ravens.

Now it has gone a while from when I last updated the blog. I was in Malmö for IUSM in athletics, I took a silver medal in pole vault with a new personal best, 3.98, only two small cm to four meters. I did not have time for much photography or birding that weekend but I saw rooks, lots of red kites and also one peregrine falcon from the bus, it took 7 hours to get from Eskilstuna to Malmö.
